I did not receive the tip softener with the order, I thought it was probably following by different mailing.

2x3 divider case
I have not interacted with the case a ton, but from what I have it seems to be a solid buy. The handle of the case is non movable so you have more stability when carrying. It has a nice protective hard outer shell with a soft and tight inner divider system that prevents the cue prices from rattling around. It is still susceptible to cue movement forewarn and backward between the bottom and the top, however that doesn’t bother me much. It is a sturdy case with a cool logo and great design for a cheap price.
